FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to piston compressors. A double-acting disc piston consists of two hollow cast parts 1 and 2 made from magnesium alloy. Every cast part 1 (2) comprises a hub 9 (10), a conical end face wall 11 (12), a cylindrical shell 13 (14), radial stiffening ribs 15 (16) on the walls. The stiffening ribs 15 (16) are of arch shape with its legs 19 and 20 being cast to the hub 9 (10) and the cylindrical shell 13 (14). The ribs can be of variable thickness and height.EFFECT: piston weight is decreased, cast design is simplified.3 cl, 4 dwg |
