PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sheet for sensor sheet production at low cost which has high bending resistance, and in which a space between routing wiring is easily narrowed when forming the routing wiring by etching.SOLUTION: A method for producing a sheet for sensor sheet production has a vapor deposition process to vapor-deposit a metal deposition layer 12 having thickness of 0.01-1.0 μm onto one surface of a base material 11. Preferably, the vapor deposition is vacuum deposition.
