<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation in a winding of a rotary electric machine due to heating while suppressing loss at cooling caused by erroneous detection of a degradation degree of the winding of the rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A cooling controller 4, when the following conditions are satisfied: tanδof a winding detected by a tanδcircuit 3 is at least a permissible value and a temperature Tmg of a motor generator 1 detected by a temperature sensor 13 is at least a preset temperature, increases a driving force of a water pump 5 more than when the conditions are not satisfied. This improves cooling performance of the motor generator 1 and suppresses insulation degradation caused by heating the winding.</p> |
