FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding and can be used in manufacturing hollow pressure vessels activating lifting force of overwater transport. Method for formation of hollow pressure vessels activating lifting force of overwater transport performing freightage is suggested which method includes manufacturing separate elements of pressure vessels, after separate elements have been manufactured they are interconnected, herewith, separate elements of pressure vessels are made by means of acryl pouring into prefabricated moulds of two types: with cylindrical inner and outer surface, and inner surface of cylinders is made longer than outer surface length, and vessel with conical inner and outer nonlinearly variable surface in which vessel inner conical surface length is also made greater than outer surface length where vessel conical surface base diameter is made equal to diameter of cylindrical part of vessel. After this, cylindrical vessels are positioned coaxially between two tandem conical vessels and rotated together with simultaneous acryl pouring onto places of their coupling.EFFECT: simplification of manufacturing process for hollow pressure vessels activating lifting force of overwater transport.3 dwg |
