摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a vector for analyzing protein interaction in assurgency ascomycete and a split luciferase complementation analyzing method using the same and, more particularly, to an analyzing method of protein interaction through split luciferase complementation analysis after inserting protein expressed genes into the vector to analyze protein interaction in assurgency ascomycete and to a vector used for the same. The vector for protein interaction analysis in assurgency ascomycete comprises: genes for encoding C terminus or N terminus of luciferase; Crp promoter; restriction enzyme; resistance gene of geneticin or hygromycin B; and HindIII restriction enzyme. Also, according to an analysis method in an embodiment of the present invention, genes coding analysis object protein are inserted into a vector, luciferase fluorescence intensity is measured through split luciferase analysis, and protein interaction in assurgency ascomycete can be analyzed.</p>
