PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead member capable of enhancing shape retention even if insulating films are provided on both surfaces at a folding position, and to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte power storage device.SOLUTION: Lead members 3, 4 are formed by sticking the insulating films 7 to strip lead conductors 5, 6 from both sides, so that the lead conductors can be folded together with the insulating films. In the lead member, the lead conductor has a thickness Tc of 0.100-0.150 mm, and each insulating film has a thickness Ti of 0.075 mm or less at the folding position. |
