PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support positioning of a mold representing a treatment part on an internal organ surface at an appropriate position on the internal organ.SOLUTION: A surgery support device acquires a three-dimensional image representing an internal organ 5 of a patient; extracts the internal organ 5 from the three-dimensional image; acquires a treatment part 56A on the internal organ surface to which an intended treatment for the internal organ 5 is performed; and generating a mold model representing a mold 30 including an outer surface 31, an inner surface 32 having the surface shape along the outer surface of the internal organ 5, a guide wall 33 connecting from the outer surface 31 to the inner surface 32 along the treatment part 56A, and a positioning part 34 that, when the guide wall 33 is disposed along the treatment part 56A on the internal organ 5, positions a prescribed imaging probe 40 so as to capture a tomographic image of the internal organ cross section including a targetting part A of the internal organ 5. |
