PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boxing apparatus capable of achieving the simplification by eliminating any mechanism or step required for turning a product, reducing the manufacturing cost, reducing the space, and increasing the throw-in speed in a box by throwing in the product into the box only by vertically moving the product without turning the product after holding the product. SOLUTION: Endless table conveyors 4, 5 are aligned so as to constitute the same circulating path, and each of them is driven by a separate servo motor. The table conveyors 4, 5 have assembly tables 11, 15 on which products to be successively supplied from a supply conveyor are transferred, and assembled in an obliquely or horizontally aligned manner, and driven so that the assembly tables 11, 15 are not overlapped on each other but deviated from each other. A throw-in device 50 includes a holding device for collectively holding the assembled product group, and throws the products driven downwardly through an empty space and held into a corrugated fiberboard-made box arranged immediately therebelow after the assembly tables 11, 15 are moved for the next assembly.
