STRUCTURE FOR PACKING BOX HAVING OWN BUFFER

The present invention relates to a packing box structure having an own buffer structure. More specifically, a plurality of bulkheads are formed at regular intervals on the lower part of the grooves and in the upper part of the protrusions on a corrugating medium of a packing box in order to make a space unit between the bulkheads. Air is stored inside the space unit sealed by adjacent bulkheads, such that the air inside the space unit can be isolated by the adjacent bulkheads, an upper paper sheet, and a lower paper sheet. Thus, when an object is stored inside the packing box, the air isolated inside the space unit can sufficiently perform a buffering function against an impact. In other words, when an object that is easy to be broken or has a heavy weight stored inside the packing box, the own buffer structure can protect the stored object from the external impact during a movement of the packing box without winding the object with an additional buffering material such as air caps. The packing box structure having an own buffer structure comprises: a corrugating medium where corrugation shapes with grooves and protrusions are repeated in a fixated cycle; and an upper paper sheet and a lower paper sheet attached to the upper part and the lower part of the corrugating medium. A plurality of bulkheads is formed at regular intervals in the grooves and protrusions of the corrugating medium such that a space unit can be prepared between the bulkheads. Air is stored inside the space unit, and the space unit is sealed by the bulkheads.
