The present invention relates to a D-ring assembly of a vehicle belt bag. The present invention employs a configuration which enables a D-ring to be installed on a patch bracket to rotate in right and left directions. The patch bracket is configured to have an area supporting the D-ring to be tilted forward from an area where the patch bracket is fixed on a vehicle pillar. Accordingly, a webbing with two layers are guided to the front of a passenger to enable the passenger to easily wear the webbing.
