PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a camera structure for enhancing the cooling efficiency of a camera and enabling a cameraman to perform a camera operation without worrying about noise and warm air generated and discharged from a fan and a temperature rise in a camera case, etc. concerning a portable camera for broadcasting, for example.SOLUTION: A portable camera for broadcasting includes: at least one intake port arranged in a peripheral wall of a camera housing; an exhaust fan arranged in a rear bottom part of the camera housing; a flow passage where cooling air taken in from the intake port to the inside of the camera housing flows between base plates inside the camera housing; and a flow passage where the cooling air flows along an outer peripheral inner wall surface inside the camera housing. The cooling air cools heat sources inside the camera housing so as to suppress the temperature rise of a camera housing wall, and is exhausted to an obliquely lower and rear part from the exhaust fan.
