The present invention relates to a device and a method for image signal processing and an image processing system using the same. The device for image signal processing can comprise: a sensitivity improvement processing unit for interpolating inputted WRGB data, converting first color space data into second color space data by mixing a brightness signal of the first color space data in which a brightness signal and a chrominance signal calculated by a bayer RGB conversion unit are separated with a first-type pixel signal, and converting the second color space data into RGB data; the bayer RGB conversion unit for generating the first color space data by converting color spaces of a second-type pixel signal, a third-type pixel signal, and a fourth-type pixel signal among the inputted WRGB data, and separating a brightness signal and a chrominance signal; and a color correction unit for correcting the RGB data into output RGB data.
