PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate analysis.SOLUTION: A computer estimates a position-dependent process load generated by a process according to a position of each of a plurality of cells divided from a spatial analysis target area (S1). The spatial analysis target area is designated as a target of an analysis executed by two or more arithmetic units synchronized per analysis unit in a time domain among a first number of arithmetic units. Furthermore, an index is specified for uniformity among the arithmetic units about total processing time including time required for each arithmetic unit used for the analysis to execute the process according to the position of each of one or more cells allocated to the arithmetic unit. The computer allocates a plurality of cells to a second number of arithmetic units that are either a part of or entirety of the first number of arithmetic units under a condition of satisfying the index.
