摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Vacuum-braking force-amplifier line comprises a polyamide-blend molding composition with a polyamide-blend-proportion and an impact resistant component, where the polyamide-blend-proportion comprises (a) at least one semicrystalline polyamide (PA) with a melting enthalpy of more than 40 J/g and an average of at least 8 carbon atoms per monomer unit, e.g. PA 11 or PA 618; (b) at least one amorphous and/or micro-crystalline polyamide, (c) at least one polyamide made from the impact resistant component, (d) a non-polyamide elastomer or its mixture, and (e) optionally an additive. #CMT# : #/CMT# Vacuum-braking force-amplifier line comprises a polyamide-blend molding composition with a polyamide-blend-proportion and an impact resistant component, where the polyamide-blend-proportion of the molding composition comprises (in wt.%, based on the total weight of the molding composition) (a) at least one semicrystalline polyamide (PA) with a melting enthalpy of more than 40 J/g and an average of at least 8 carbon atoms per monomer unit, preferably PA 11, PA 610 , PA 612, PA 1010, PA 106, PA 106/10T, PA 614 or PA 618 (25-65); (b) at least one amorphous and/or micro-crystalline polyamide (0-25), where the micro-crystalline polyamide exhibits a melting enthalpy of 4-40 J/g, (c) at least one polyamide with an average of a maximum of 6 carbon atoms per monomer unit (1-55), that is made from the impact resistant component, (d) a non-polyamide elastomer or its mixture (5-35), and (e) optionally an additive (made up to 100). The vacuum-braking force-amplifier line is formed as a single layer extruded tube, and exhibits a modulus of elasticity of at least 50 MPa at 180[deg] C, where the average number of carbon atoms per monomer unit is calculated from the sum of the number of carbon atoms in the used monomers divided by the number of the used monomers. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used as a vacuum-braking force-amplifier line. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The amplifier line exhibits reduced modulus of elasticity at -40[deg] C and increased modulus of elasticity at 180[deg] C, and enhanced impact resistance, and thus it does not break even after storing it at 150[deg] C for more than thousand hours. #CMT#INSTRUMENTATION AND TESTING : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The vacuum-braking force-amplifier line exhibits a modulus of elasticity of not > 2000 MPa at a temperature of -30[deg] C, or a modulus of elasticity of not > 2400 Mpa, preferably not > 1950 MPa at a temperature of -40[deg] C, or a modulus of elasticity of at least 75 MPa, preferably at least 85 MPa at 180[deg] C. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The micro-crystalline polyamide of the component (b) exhibits a melting enthalpy of 4-25 J/g. The polyamide-blend proportion comprises (in wt.%): the component (a) (25-50); the component (b) (5-20); and the component (c) (5-20). The component (b) comprises: PA MACMI/MACMT/12, PA MACMI/12 and PA PACM12, PA 6I/6T, PA TMDT, PA NDT/INDT, PA 6I/MACMI/MACMT, PA 6I/6T/MACMI, PA MACM12/PACM12, PA MACMI/MACM36 or PA 61; PA 12/PACMI, PA 12/MACMI, PA 12/MACMT, PA 6I/PACMT, PA 6/6I or PA 6/IPDT; PA MACM12, PA MACM18, PA PACM12, PA MACM12/PACM12, PA MACM18/PACM18 or PA 6I/PACMI/PACMT; and/or PA 6I/MXDI, where MACM is 3,3'-dimethyl-4,4'-diamino-dicyclohexylmethane, I is isophthalic acid, T is terephthalic acid, PACM is bis(4-aminocyclohexyl)methane, TMDT is trimethylhexamethylenediamine terephthalate, NDT is 2,2,4-trimethylhexamethylenediamine, IPD is isophorone diamine, and MXD is meta-xylylenediamine. The polyamide PA MACMI/MACMT/12 is made from (in parts by wt.): MACMI (30-45); MACMT (30-45); and LC12 (10-40). The component (c) comprises PA 6, PA 46 or PA 66. The polyamide-blend proportion comprises (in wt.%): the component (a), preferably PA 610 (55-65); and the component (c), preferably PA-6 (10-20). The component (d) comprises ethylene-alpha -olefin copolymers, ethylene-3-12C-alpha -olefin copolymers or ethylene-3-12C-alpha -olefin with a non-conjugated diene, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) or acrylate. The ethylene-alpha -olefin copolymers are present in ethylene-propylene (EP)-elastomers and/or ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM)-elastomers, where the olefin of ethylene-3-12C-alpha -olefin copolymers comprises propene, 1-butene, 1-pentene, 1-hexene, 1-octene, 1-decene and/or 1-dodecene, and the non-conjugated diene comprises bicyclo(2.2.1)heptadiene, hexadiene-1.4, dicyclopentadiene or 5-ethylidene norbornene. The blend is mixed with a filler comprising fibers or organically modified layered silicates, where the fibers are formed as flat-glass fibers, and the polyamide-blend molding composition is mixed with the flat-glass fibers (up to 20 wt.%), and the organically modified layered silicates comprise mica, smectite or vermiculite, where the polyamide-blend molding composition is mixed with the organically modified layered silicates (up to 15 wt.%). #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Typical polyamide-blend molding composition comprised of (in wt.%): PA 610 (63.7), PA 6 (12.75), the non-polyamide elastomer (20) and masterbatch for black coloring and hydrogen stabilization (3.55).</p>
