A magnet fixing type ladder is provided. The magnet fixing type ladder comprises: a pair of vertical members arranged to be apart from each other and extended in one direction; a ladder which includes a plurality of horizontal members connecting the vertical members and a plurality of sensors formed on each surface of the horizontal members to sense the touching of a user; glove members and safety shoes which are putted on parts of body of a user climbing the ladder and have electromagnets attracting the ladder; and a control unit which controls current supplied to the electromagnets by receiving information about whether the user touches or not from the sensor.
