When the slide detection part (7) detects the sliding, the brake control unit (6) sends a command to an exhaust valve (11) so that the air is exhausted from the exhaust valve (11). A relay valve (5) adjusts the pressure of the air supplied from the fluid source (2) on the basis of the highest pressure of the pressure of the air outputted from the output valve (10) that is controlled by the exhaust valve (11) and the pressure of the air outputted from the control valve (4) to output the adjusted pressure of the air to a brake cylinder.
