In the present invention, there is disclosed a method of repairing damaged places of roads by the use of microwave heating characterized in that the damaged place is covered with a liquid penetration agent being selected from the group consisting of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and polyphosphoric acid in an amount of at least 10 g/me2, whereupon the damaged place is heated by the action of microwave radiation to a temperature in the range of 100 to 200 degC up to the depth of 2 to 10 cm wherein the microwave radiation is applied with a frequency in the range of 800 to 2500 MHz.
