PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication device to recover from a power-saving state by receiving a predetermined packet via either a first interface or a second interface. SOLUTION: A communication device stores identification information of a first interface, and executes processing for shifting a state of a predetermined processing unit from a power-saving state to another operational state when the identification information of the first interface is included in a predetermined packet received from a second interface different from the first interface.
