<p>The present invention is a power conversion device which can prevent a reverse voltage from being applied to a switching element. A first reverse blocking-type switching unit (31) has a first diode (Dr1) and a first switching element (Sr1) which are series-connected to each other between an AC line (Pr) and a DC line (LH), and the first diode (Dr1) is disposed with a cathode thereof directed to the first DC line (LH) side. A second reverse blocking-type switching element (34) has a second diode (Dr2) and a second switching element (Sr2) which are series-connected to each other between the AC line (Pr) and the second DC line (LL), and the second diode (Dr2) is disposed with an anode thereof directed to the second DC line (LL) side. A third diode is parallel-connected to at least any one of the first and second switching elements (Sr1, Sr2, Ss1, Ss2, St1, St2) with an anode thereof directed to the first DC line (LH) side.</p> |
