<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for recovering aluminum capable of recovering aluminum by treating aluminum dross removed from a melting furnace comprising: a main frame; a crucible mounted on the lower part of the main frame by containing aluminum dross; a vortex generating part for generating a vortex in the aluminum dross contained in the crucible by rotating an impeller; a vertically driving part for vertically driving the vortex generating part along the main frame; and a cold material automatically injecting part for injecting a cold material into the crucible when the temperature of the aluminum dross is instantaneously over-raised by thermit reaction in operation. Moreover, the crucible is formed in a fixed depth to prevent aluminum dross from scattering to the outside when a vortex is generated. According to the present invention, fault is less as the structure of the vortex generating part is simple by transmitting a rotational force by directly driving a motor shaft and an impeller shaft through a central shaft. Moreover, maintenance is easy by ensuring the space for repairing in a fault, and costs are reduced and spare parts are easily ensured by replacing a component by conveniently separating only the lower end of the impeller shaft. Moreover, a cooling material is accurately and conveniently injected by storing the proper quantity of the cooling material in a buffer tank, and injecting the same into the crucible by a measuring part.</p> |
