<p>PURPOSE: A simultaneous call avoidance system and a method thereof are provided to minimize a simultaneous call state by transmitting an operation maintenance message for maintaining a session between a terminal device and a server device. CONSTITUTION: A state confirmation unit(110) provides a current state of a terminal device according to period information designated in a specific application. When a current state confirmation result is not a voice call connecting state, an application connecting unit(120) transmits operation maintenance messages corresponding to the specific application through a data call. The application connecting unit notifies an operation state for the specific application.
