PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device for prevention of railroad-crossing block pole breakage capable of preventing bounce of a block pole, deformation under high temperature and crack under low temperature, and excellent in impact resistance performance.SOLUTION: A coupling main body 2 and a coupling sub body 3 form a coupling device body 1. A base end part of the railroad-crossing block machine and the block pole on a tip end part are coupled in a linear-state by the coupling device body 1. The coupling device body 1 is formed so that the block pole P2 on the tip end part side bends when it is pressed. A bend prevention part 8 for limiting bend of the coupling sub body 3 in a lateral direction is provided on the coupling main body 2. The coupling main body 2 and the coupling sub body 3 are formed of synthetic resin material formed by mixing an alumina borosilicate glass and an elastomer with a polyamide resin.
