PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where conductive rubbing debris generated by rubbing is attached to a COG (Chip On Glass) terminal or a side of terminal wiring and may generate short circuit (leakage) between adjacent the terminal wiring via particles contained in an ACF (Anisotropic Conductive Film) connecting a bump of a semiconductor chip such as a driver IC with the COG terminal.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device has a protrusion provided near terminal wiring connected to a COG terminal to provide a region that is not rubbed. |
