<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-off for an electric traction that can reduce diameter of an arm pipe for simplified support structure and improved workability, and can reduce a trolley wire stress as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The diameter of an arm pipe 1 is made smaller, to reduce the weight per a single member as much as possible, resulting in improved workability and lower manufacturing cost. A bent part 1T of the arm pipe 1 is pressed in a vertically oval shape in cross section, to exhibit an excellent cross-section performance even against a tensile load by a trolley wire TR held by an ear 2X.
