<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined cycle power generation plant that can supply steam that meets a steam temperature condition of a steam turbine.SOLUTION: A combined cycle power generation plant comprises: a gas turbine 2 that is driven by high-temperature combustion gas; an exhaust heat recovery boiler 4 that generates steam by using exhaust gas of the gas turbine as a heat source; a steam turbine 5 that is driven by the steam obtained by the exhaust heat recovery boiler; an exhaust gas cooling device 6 that supplies low-temperature fluid to the exhaust gas to be sent from the gas turbine to the exhaust heat recovery boiler; a steam temperature sensor 60 that detects the temperature of the steam flowing into the steam turbine; an exhaust gas temperature sensor 61 that detects the temperature of the exhaust gas to be sent from the gas turbine to the exhaust heat recovery boiler; and low-temperature fluid flow control means 70 that controls the amount of the low-temperature fluid to be supplied from the exhaust gas cooling device on the basis of detection results of the steam temperature sensor and the exhaust gas temperature sensor.</p> |
