<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce switching time in a high frequency switch circuit by using a gate resistor of high resistance value without raising driving performance of a charge pump.SOLUTION: Reduction in switching time is achieved without raising driving performance of a charge pump by providing a high frequency switch circuit with an auxiliary circuit part that aids charging and discharging of electric charges for a transistor gate and using a gate resistor of a high resistance value.</p> |
