<p>The present invention relates to a mattress plastic cutting device which comprises: a frame; a belt conveyor which surrounds a driving roller and where a product is placed in the upper part thereof; a knife member which cuts a plastic material of the product transferred by the belt conveyor; an upper sealing device where a heater is formed in the upper part of the knife member, surrounds the knife member and the heater in order to seal the plastic material by welding using heat from the heater; a lower sealing device which is placed in the lower part of the upper sealing device in order to seal the plastic material by ascending to support the bottom of the product when the product arrives; sliding rail units which are installed at both sides of the frame in order to guide the upper sealing device along a transfer path; a servomotor (M) which operates the belt conveyor; and a control unit which controls the entire operation of the mattress cutting device. Unlike the conventional method of cutting and sealing a plastic material only using a hot wire, the mattress plastic cutting device can cut the plastic material with the knife member. Therefore, the mattress plastic cutting device can perform clean work and can solve environmental pollution related problems without generating smoke or a hole on the plastic material.</p> |
