PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereo camera that is inexpensive and is not affected by a change in distortion of a lens and a change in attachment position of an attachment tool associated with a change in temperature.SOLUTION: A stereo camera acquiring an image having parallax to a subject comprises: polarization multiplexing means including a cross prism 205 that overlaps, into one, optical paths of two images having parallax different in a polarization direction with respect to an orthogonal direction, a polarization beam splitter, and the like; an imaging element 202 that detects luminance of the at least two polarization directions; and a lens 204 that forms the overlapped image into an image on the imaging element 202.
|
