A device for detection of at least one defect in a concave or convex structure comprising: an emitting part and a receiving part, wherein the emitting part comprises an oriented current layer to induce currents parallel to the axis of the at least one defect, said oriented current layer comprising two current layers of plural conducting strands, one of the two current layers being arranged at +θ° and the other current layer at −θ° relative to said axis, the orientation of the oriented layer being adjusted by varying amplitudes of power supply signals of these two layers, and wherein the receiving part comprises at least one magnetic field receiver added on or etched on a flexible receiving support.
