PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fluorescence substance-containing sheet, capable of providing an LED device little in variations of luminescent colors in one LED illumination device or among a plurality of individual LED illumination devices, to provide the fluorescence substance-containing sheet obtained by the manufacturing method, and to provide a fluorescence substance-containing ink for screen printing.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a fluorescence substance-containing sheet by a screen printing method, including a process of preparing a fluorescence substance-containing ink containing fluorescence substance particles having an average particle diameter of 5 to 60 μm of 5 to 90 mass%, fine particles and a liquid resin component, a process of forming a coated film by applying a fluorescence substance-containing ink on a support base material through a screen mesh and leveling the applied fluorescence substance-containing ink, and a process of forming a cured film by curing the coated film, wherein the fine particle contains at least one side of inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 0.005 to 2 μm and resin particles of an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 20 μm. |
