摘要 FIELD: measuring instrumentation.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to UHF measuring instrumentation. Method involves supply of electromagnetic signal from UHF generator via decoupler to multielement electroacoustic transducer applied onto crystalline sample; exposition to laser light beam for optical medium sites located along multielement electroacoustic transducer, with discharge capacity depending on the level of stationary electromagnetic wave field in multielement electroacoustic transducer; registration of light intensity distribution along transducer after the light passes through optical medium sites; and assessment of electromagnetic wave field distribution in multielement electroacoustic transducer on the basis of registered light intensity distribution pattern. Multielement electroacoustic transducer is used to excite elastic waves in crystalline sample with acoustic link to stress-optic medium with high acousto-optic quality factor and small attenuation of elastic waves, the waves are transmitted to stress-optic medium, stress-optic medium is lit by a light beam of required polarisation from laser, directed to elastic waves excited by single elements of multielement electroacoustic transducer under Bragg angle, then light intensity distribution pattern is registered.EFFECT: improved parameters of transducer.3 dwg
