The present invention relates to an advertisement providing method using a virtual wireless mouse service and a device thereof. In a terminal device, a wireless mouse application is installed and operates as a virtual wireless mouse. By installing client software in a host device to link with the terminal device, a cursor displayed on a screen is controlled according to input data inputted from the terminal device. In the host device during the virtual wireless mouse service, data related to the position of the cursor corresponding to the position of the cursor displayed on the screen of the host device is transmitted to a service device. By doing so, the service device can provide the terminal device and the host device with advertisement data according to the data related to the position of the cursor. Therefore, a user does not have to carry an additional service and can use a terminal device as a wireless mouse regardless of time and place. Business operators can conduct target advertising, rather than random advertising. As a result, advertisement costs can be reduced and advertising effects can be maximized. |
