PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide device which can obtain desired light distribution while deterioration of irradiation efficiency of light radiated on a document from a light guide body is suppressed and to provide a light source device and an image reader.SOLUTION: A light guide device 1 includes: light guide bodies 20a and 20b; and reflection members 30a and 30b. The light guide bodies 20a and 20b extend in a main scanning direction X and light is made incident on the bodies from an end in the main scanning direction X. The light guide bodies 20a and 20b emit light made incident from the end in paper face directions Z1 and Z2. The reflection members 30a and 30b are arranged along the light guide bodies 20a and 20b and reflect the light from the light guide bodies 20a and 20b toward the paper face directions Z1 and Z2. Widths W1 and W2 in the paper face directions Z1 and Z2 in the reflection members 30a and 30b differ in accordance with positions in the main scanning direction X.
