Provided is a method for controlling a display apparatus which displays a window executing applications. The controlling method of the present invention comprises a process for displaying a first window executing a first application and a second window executing a second application; a process for which a first command inputted to the first window and a second command inputted to the second window are simultaneously inputted; a process for outputting a first event corresponding to the first command; and a process for outputting a second event corresponding to the second command.
