The present invention relates to an explosion-proof insert having a frame (1) composed of at least two parts wherein the individual parts (111, 112, 113, 114) are separable. By separation of the parts (111, 112, 113, 114), the frame (1) becomes open on tits periphery and is provided with recesses (5) for a column and/or columns of lamellas (2) and optionally with grooves (6) for a perforated plate (7) and/or a filtering sieve (8). Preferably, the frame (1) has removable the upper and optionally also the bottom walls. Preferably, a safety gap (9) is performed next to the lamellas (2) columns, perforated plates (7) and/or filtering sieves (8). In addition to the lamellas (2), at least one perforated plate (7) and/or a sieve (8) can be seated in the recess (5), wherein spacers (13) are inserted between the elements located in the recess (5). In such a manner, there are performed the safety gaps (9). The removable frame (1) can further comprise a system of fixing elements (11) and a seal (12) for tight attachment to the place of use. |
