PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly damp swinging of a bucket in a travelling direction.SOLUTION: A rope trolley type crane, in which a trolley 7 moves transversely on a girder 5 and a boom 6 provided in a crane main body 4 composed of a sea leg 2 and a land leg 3; a bucket 12 below the trolley 7 is elevated by left and right winding ropes 9a and 9c paid out from a first and a second wind-up drums 20 and 22; and the bucket 12 below the trolley 7 is opened and closed by left and right open/close ropes 9b and 9d paid out from a first and a second open/close drums 21 and 23, when the bucket 12 swings in a travelling direction, winds down the wind-up ropes 9a (9c) at a front side in the travelling direction, and winds up the wind-up ropes 9c (9a) at a rear side in the travelling direction so as to damp the swinging of the bucket. |
