PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide variety for adapting to the anatomical structures and the states of the joints of different patients and to reduce the possibility of generation and transfer of abrasion wastes or particles. SOLUTION: This knee prosthesis is formed of a thigh bone constituting part 18 with a pair of separated bone head parts 36, 38 and a boss structure part extending between the bone head parts. In this case, the knee prosthesis is provided with a stem constituting part 12 with a base end part and a tip part and with an engaging nut 14 for fixing the stem constituting part 12 to the thigh bone constituting part 18.
