PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet alignment device, a post-processing device, and an image formation device capable of stably and efficiently performing accurate alignment processing to a plurality of sheets with a relatively simple configuration.SOLUTION: A sheet alignment device is configured so that a rotating member 64 rotates in a state that a plurality of sheets P loaded on a loading part 61 is sandwiched between a sliding surface part 63 and the rotating member 64 to move the plurality of sheets P so that the plurality of sheets P is pressed against a fence part 66. The sliding surface part 63 of the loading part 61 is configured so that a friction coefficient of a surface thereof is variable. |
