The present invention relates to a base for easily installing a new underground distribution line, which is capable of easily and simply installing and connecting the new underground distribution line while preventing a connection portion of the underground distribution line to be flooded by allowing the connection portion to float in the medium of an air tube when seepage water is introduced thereinto. A base for easily installing a new underground distribution line according to the present invention includes a guide member (10); a base frame (20) floating when seepage water is introduced thereinto, where the base frame (20) is installed to the guide member (10) to be elevated while rotatably fixing a connector (30); and the connector (30) roratably installed to the base frame (20), where the connector (30) is electrically connected to the underground distribution line (L) and is capable of easily and simply installing a new underground distribution line (L). According to an embodiment of the present invention, the base for easily installing a new underground distribution line (L), which is capable of easily and simply installing and connecting the new underground distribution line (L) while preventing a connection portion of the underground distribution line (L) to be flooded by allowing the connection portion to float in the medium of an air tube (22) when seepage water is introduced thereinto, so that the working time can be reduced and the convenience of new installation work can be greatly increased. |
