PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light-emitting device which can be manufactured with high yield by preventing occurrence of short-circuiting or leak according to a method adaptable to area enlargement.SOLUTION: An organic EL light-emitting device is formed by laminating a metal oxide first electrode layer containing indium oxide as a main component, at least one organic light-emitting unit and a second electrode layer in order on one principal surface of a transparent insulation substrate. A peak intensity on a surface (222) in XRD measured by a &thetas;-2&thetas; method of the first electrode layer is more than double with respect to a peak intensity on a surface (400). At a three-layer laminated edge part which is an edge part of the first electrode layer and formed by laminating the organic light-emitting unit and the second electrode layer, an angle of rising which is an angle formed from a surface of the first electrode layer closer to the organic light-emitting unit and the principal surface is less than 7 degrees. |
