摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rotor lamination iron core by which a metal is prevented from flowing into a magnet insertion hole and shape precision and magnetical characteristics of the magnet insertion hole are prevented from being deteriorated even if a thin portion is provided by coining.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a rotor lamination iron core 13 which is formed by laminating iron core pieces 10 and includes a plurality of magnet insertion holes 12 to insert a permanent magnet 11 therein, respectively, in a circumferential direction and in which a thin portion 14 crossing a region A where a leaked magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 11 passes is formed in the iron core pieces 10, includes: a first step of previously forming a lower punch hole 17 within a punching region B of the magnet insertion hole 12 of the iron core piece 10 while being spaced apart from side end portions 16a, 20 and 21 of the punching region 17; a second step of forming a groove-shaped thin portion 14 including one end in the lower punch hole 17, including another end in a space region C of the iron core piece 10 and crossing a leaked magnetic flux passing through the region A; and a third step of forming the magnet insertion hole 12 and the space region C by punching.
