Disclosed are a polymer-silver nanocomposite including 2-(2-acetoxy acetoxy) ethyl methacrylate and silver and a manufacturing method thereof. The polymer-silver nanocomposite in the present invention has greater antibiosis and antifouling activity, bio compatibility and is used as biomedical materials, coating materials and films which require antiflouling activity and also increases convenience of process as an extra cross-linked process is not needed.
