<p>The invention relates to a method for estimating the angular lash of the toothsets of a dual clutch transmission, characterized in that it involves the following steps when shifting from the outgoing ratio to the incoming ratio: measuring the speed of the first primary shaft, measuring the speed of the secondary primary shaft, integrating the difference in speed, to within one step down ratio, between the two primary shafts in order to determine the change in an estimated angle of lash of the transmission as a function of time, estimating the angular lash of the toothsets of the incoming ratio as a function of the estimated lash angle of the transmission at the moment of crossing the incoming ratio shift point, and estimating the angular lash of the toothset of the outgoing ratio as a function of the estimated lash angle of the transmission at the moment at which the torque transmitted by the outgoing clutch changes sign.</p> |
