The credit information generator includes: storage means for storing achievement data of operation of the store; score data generation means for generating score data of the store on the basis of the achievement data during a prescribed period; and credit information generation means for generating the credit information of the store on the basis of the score data. The loan determination device includes: credit information acquisition means for acquiring the credit information of the store; and loan condition determination means for determining the loan condition for the store on the basis of the credit information of the store.
