The present invention relates to a cutting tool with an improved structure. In a cutting board (B) having a curved portion protruding toward one side of a work plate part having a work surface of the cutting board to provide a receiving space for receiving cut food materials, the cutting board (B) has two fence parts, i.e., a first curved fence part (10) and a second curved fence part (20), which are curved upward in an arc form at both ends of a plate body part (1) with a cutting work surface (1-1), and are integrally formed with the plate body part (1); a radius (R) of the curved arc portion of the first curved fence part used as the receiving space is greater than a radius (r) of the curved arc portion of the second curved fence part (20); a height (H) of the curved arc portion of the first curved fence part (10) is greater than a height (h) of the curved arc portion of the second curved fence part (20); and the cutting work space (1-1) is further provided with a liquid receiving channel (2) which is a closed polygonal recess as a receiving space for temporarily receiving liquid discharged from the food materials. |
