The present invention relates to a quaternary amino-modified silicon copolymer with excellent hygroscopicity and flexibility. The quaternary amino-modified silicon copolymer manufactured in the use of the present invention is assigned with excellent hygroscopicity by quadrupling amine and provides greater tactile sensation, flexibility and hygroscopicity when being treated with high silicon content.
