The present invention relates to a primer set for discerning the inclusion of wheat in rice-processed food, a method for discerning the inclusion of wheat in the rice-processed food using the same, and a kit including the same. By means of the present invention, through one polymerase chain reaction (PCR), a rice DNA band which is a positive control group can be confirmed, and the inclusion of wheat components can be simultaneously discerned. Accordingly, the labor and time for the discerning can be remarkably saved.
