PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remifentanil injection formulation which can be conveniently used in medical site and has excellent preservation stability that remifentanil can exist stably in solution in spite of long-term storage.SOLUTION: The above subject is solved by a remifentanil injection formulation which is the remifentanil injection formulation containing remifentanil (salt), water, and a stabilizing agent, wherein water is contained at a ratio of 0.007-0.025 mL of water per mg of remifentanil, and which is the remifentanil injection formulation containing remifentanil (salt), ethanol, and a stabilizing agent, wherein ethanol is contained at a ratio of 0.10-0.50 mL of ethanol per mg of remifentanil. |
