PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rivet insertion device capable of automatically removing a defective rivet even when twisting or jam occurs in rivet insertion work, and easily miniaturized.SOLUTION: A rivet insertion device for inserting a rivet 2 in a predetermined hole, includes: a chuck mechanism 41 for gripping a rivet sent from a rivet transport device; a cylinder mechanism 34 for inserting the rivet gripped by the chuck mechanism in a predetermined hole; a ring-like magnet for releasing a chuck claw 41 constituting the chuck mechanism, in which the chuck mechanism penetrates; and suction means located at the side of the ring-like magnet for collecting the rivet released from the chuck mechanism by releasing the chuck claw. |
