摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular position adjustment method capable of adjusting an angular position of a magnet roller in a developer carrier into a desired range, and to provide a manufacturing method of a development device and the development device.SOLUTION: The angular position adjustment method includes the steps of: disposing a unit of a development device 4 at an adjustment device having drive means whose rotation angle can be detected, and magnetic flux detection means capable of detecting magnetic flux generated by a magnet roller; detecting a magnetization position reference of a magnetic pole in a circumferential direction of the magnet roller; detecting an angular position of a specific magnetic pole of the magnet roller with respect to the magnetization position reference from information indicating relation between an acquired rotation angle of the magnet roller and magnetic flux density; disposing the specific magnetic pole of the magnet roller at a predetermined angular position in a circumferential direction of corresponding one of developer carriers 41A, 41B, by the drive means, according to the detected angular position of the specific magnetic pole with respect to the magnetization position reference; and fixing the magnet roller to the developer carrier so as not to be rotatable.
